About RAISING ARIZONA KIDS

RAISING ARIZONA KIDS is Arizona’s only multimedia resource for families, providing compelling stories and comprehensive local resources for parents in print, online, video and audio platforms.

We have published a monthly, subscription-based magazine for families in the greater-Phoenix area since March 1990.

We also publish Schools, etc., an annual guide to education in Maricopa County, and a daily eZine at raisingarizonakids.com.

We organize an annual Camp Fair each February, so parents can meet directors of day and overnight camps in Arizona and around the country.

We’re active in social media! Find us on Facebook and Twitter and watch our family health and parenting videos on YouTube.

We hope you’ll read us, “like” us, follow us, watch us, listen to us…and learn with us!

    • Hi, Pastor Joel. I am the publisher of Raising Arizona Kids magazine. Please feel free to contact me at karenbarr@raisingarizonakids.com to give me more information about your project and how you think we could help. I have been following the story of an Arizona couple who adopted four children from Ethiopia and are now in the process of organizing a foundation to support projects to develop schools, medical clinics and orphanages there, so I am definitely interested in learning more.
